What is your turnaround time?

With the exception of the self-inking stampers, all products are designed and processed in-house by me, so turnaround is quick! On average, most orders go out within 24 hours. Please allow extra time for your photo cards due to the custom nature of the designs. Self-inking stampers take 7-10 to ship.

How do I customize a product?
  • ALL wording shown on my examples may be changed to suit your needs including the headings (Happy Birthday, Happy Holidays, etc.) Each page includes a personalization section for you to enter your own text.
  • Most color schemes may be changed as well. Simply make your desired changes in the "Special Requests" box at the bottom of each product page.
  • Lettering styles have been selected by me during my design process, but you may choose from other lettering options. On each product page is a link to see some alternate options. Make the change in the "Special Requests" box at the bottom of each product page by referring to the number or monogram name.
  • If you are uncertain about what may be customized, just ask! If you do not see exactly what you are looking for within my product pages, please contact me. I may be able to easily tweak a design to meet your requests. 

How are your products packaged?

All items are stylishly packaged and ready for gift-giving! Most products will arrive in a clear cellophane bag or sleeve and are tied with a white raffia ribbon or silver elastic band. Labels and stickers come packaged in a clear resealable sleeve. On each product page, stationery sets for kids include a box option like the photo below.

Are you able to send my order directly to a gift recipient?

Absolutely! Personalized stationery makes a fabulous gift for all occasions. The Note House is here to help! Just let me know in the “Special Requests” box found at the bottom of every product page that it is a gift. If you include a short message, a small gift card will be included in the package at no extra charge, and the invoice will not be included in the shipment. You may also add this information in the "Notes" section at checkout.

Do you offer other paper options?

I have carefully chosen my paper and envelopes to give you an excellent quality at an affordable price. If you prefer a thicker, heavier, creamier, or more textured type of card, please let me know before ordering, and we can discuss all of the options!

Do you offer refunds or accept returns?

Due to the custom nature of my products, I do not accept returns. There are always going to be unfortunate situations that may arise (such as an order arriving looking like it has been run over by the mail truck), and I promise to do my best to make things right. Necessary replacements will be shipped within 24 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, my store does not offer international shipping, but please contact me if you are not in the US and you are interested in ordering. I would love to work with you.

Do you have a mailing list?

I do! I send a seasonal newsletter to my subscribers including a coupon code, and I highlight new or popular products. "Be in the Know" and subscribe by scrolling to the bottom of the page.

Do your products ever go on sale?

My goal as a stationer is to offer customized products at an affordable price, so I do not typically run "sales." Follow me on social media, or "Be in the Know" and subscribe below. You will be among the first to receive coupon codes and freebies whenever they are released!
