Typically most orders ship within 24-48 hours. Please allow extra time for your custom invitations, announcements, and photo cards due to the custom nature of the designs. Self-inking stampers take 7-10 days lead time for production and shipping.

ALL wording shown on my examples may be changed to suit your needs including the headings (Happy Birthday, Happy Holidays, etc.) Each page includes a personalization section for you to enter your own text.

Most color schemes may be changed as well. Simply make your desired changes in the "Special Requests" box at the bottom of each product page.

Lettering styles have been selected by me during my design process, but you may choose from other lettering options. Make the change in the "Special Requests" box at the bottom of each product page by referring to the number or monogram name.

Just let me know in the “Special Requests” box found at the bottom of every product page that it is a gift. If you include a short message, a small gift card will be included in the package at no extra charge, and the invoice will not be included in the package.

I have carefully chosen my paper and envelopes to give you an excellent quality at an affordable price. If you prefer a double thick, creamier, or more textured type of card, please get in touch before ordering, so that we may discuss all of the options!

While I try to process order within 2 business days, once the package is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. Typically most order arrive within 7-10 business days of the order being placed (usually sooner), but this cannot be guaranteed.

Once the order is placed, most likely it cannot be changed or cancelled unless you catch the error right away. Do reach out as soon as possible if there is a problem, and I will do my best to correct the issue if it has not already gone to production.
