What are my shipping options?
Please Note: The following does not include any postal delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control.
- Standard USPS Ground Advantage. An economic option when you have not reached the free shipping threshold. Typically takes 2 - 5 days from date shipped. Tracking is provided.
- USPS Priority Mail: Typically delivered in 1-3 business days from date shipped. USPS Tracking and a small amount of insurance is typically included with your shipment.
- UPS Ground (1-5 business days): Guaranteed to be delivered within 1-5 business days from date shipped.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: Guaranteed to be delivered at the end of 2 business days from date shipped, including Saturdays when picked up on Thursday.
Processing Times
Most orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Emails are typically answered within 24 hours. For custom invitations, self-inking stampers, and photo cards, please allow up to a week for processing. Please allow additional time for processing during holidays and sales promotions.
Will you refund my order if I do not receive it in time?
My turnaround is quick. During the holidays, I work around the clock to personalize orders and ship them typically within 24-48 hours. Please understand that once your package leaves my studio, it is in the hands of the courier service.
Sometimes an order does not reach the customer at the expected time. If and when this happens, it is most likely due to delays or errors made on the part of the courier service. I do not intend to place blame or point fingers, I merely want my customers to be aware. It is completely out of my control.
Domestic Shipping
I currently ship all domestic orders via USPS or UPS. If your order is extremely time sensitive, please contact me for expedited options.
International Shipping
I do not currently offer international shipping, but please contact me if you are interested. I am happy to work with you!
