Shipping is FREE when you spend $30 or more. All other orders ship for $3.50 via USPS First Class.
If a proof is not requested, most orders ship within 1-2 days! Please allow extra time for photo cards due to the highly custom nature of the design process. Depending on how quickly proofs are approved, expect at least one week until your photo cards ship. Self-inking stampers require a 7-10 day lead time.
Due to the custom nature of my products, I am unable to accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me right away, and I will do everything I can to offer a replacement right away. It is important to me that my customers LOVE their finished items!
